We are very excited to announce the launch of the programme of events marking the 400th anniversary of the Latymer School!
The anniversary will be celebrated between January and December 2024 and our theme is “Looking back with respect, looking forward with confidence”.
As Ms Cobbett, Headteacher, explains “There is a rich mix of activities for current and past students, parents/carers, families, former and current staff, as we want to mark this occasion with our whole community. A quadricentennial anniversary is a very special moment for any school and we know that, as a school community, we owe a debt of gratitude to our founder Edward Latymer and his philanthropic ventures starting with those “eight poore boyes of Edmonton”.
