Guests can bring their own food for the evening and will be able to buy soft and alcoholic drinks, along with hot beverages, at the bar.

There is a maximum of 8 people per team. You can either form your own team by booking for up to eight people in one go, or we will put teams together for people coming on their own/in smaller groups. 

When booking, you can choose to book:

• A whole table by buying eight tickets. Please note that you will need to provide the names of all the participants so only book once you have established your team.
• Individual tickets to join a team on the night. It will be a lovely way to meet other people from the Latymer community. For example, if you book two tickets, you will be allocated to a group to make up a team of up to eight people.
• Virtual tickets: for people who live far away, we will run virtual teams. You will be sent a Zoom link to join on the night. If you wish to form a virtual team with friends dotted around the country/globe, please make sure to set up a WhatsApp group or something similar so you can communicate on the night to produce one answer for your team.
  Depending on the number of virtual players, we may need to create different teams - more information to virtual ticket holders will be sent closer to the time.

Parking will be available on the playgrounds and the entrance will be via the West Entrance doors only.
