January 2024 until December 2024 will see The Latymer School celebrating its quadricentennial anniversary. To commemorate this very special anniversary of the school and its outstanding history, we warmly invite you to join us at an extraordinary event in one of the most prestigious venues in London, the Royal Festival Hall.

On the night, guests will be entertained by various musical ensembles, choirs and orchestras with music ranging from traditional to modern pieces. The whole Latymer community will be represented on stage, from our current Year 7 students to our more mature alumni who will be reviving, for one night only, the 1970s Madrigal group!

The Royal Festival Hall event will truly be a one-off; the vast majority of the performers will probably never get the opportunity to play again at such a prestigious venue so make sure you are there to support them and that you do not miss out on Wednesday 13th March 2024. Over 400 years of Latymer life is a special achievement and we hope that this event will be the centre piece as we commemorate the generosity of our founder Edward Latymer.

Practical information:

• The concert will start at 7pm.
• Tickets can only be booked via this platform. Prices range from £10 to £40 to enable as many people as possible to attend. In case of hardship, please contact us.

Important points about booking:

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• As the concert is in a professional venue, the seating plan below is not flexible.
• If your child is taking part in the event: do not book a seat for your child – participants will either be on stage or backstage and cannot rejoin their family during the event. You will receive practical information for participants separately and nearer the time of the event.

How to book your ticket

Given the size of the venue, we recommend you view the seating plan and book on a computer screen, not a mobile.
 

• Please be mindful when booking, do not leave an empty seat between you and another booking. We reserve the right to move you if that is the case.
• Click on the button "Buy tickets" in the top right corner of this page.
• If purchasing more than one ticket, please select ADDITIONAL number of tickets, BEFORE selecting seats i.e. If you would like 4 tickets in total, please select 3 in the drop-down menu.
• You will be given the option to pre-book a £5 programme which you will be able to pick up on the night at the venue.
• You will be able to choose seats from the following sections: Front stalls/Rear stalls (ground floor), Balcony (first floor), Green and Blue Boxes (boxes on either side of the venue, on different levels). Click once on the seating plan to zoom in, then click on the seats you wish to book.
• Once you've chosen your seat, click "Complete registration and make payment". Follow the instructions with your contact details, then the payment page with credit/debit card details.
• Once you've paid, you will receive two emails:
  • a payment confirmation for your records.
  • an email called "Event confirmation - Royal Festival Hall". This is the email you MUST bring on the night - as tickets will be checked by Royal Festival Hall staff, admission without that email cannot be guaranteed.
